INTRODUCING STEVE POWELL Steve Powell is the teacher librarian at Durango High School in Durango, Colorado. He coaches knowledge bowl, chess team and speech and debate, sponsors the school’s book club RABID, and co-sponsored the international winning aerospace design team.
